Weight Loss

You’ve tried every diet, every workout, every weight loss program, each one promising to be the final solution to losing weight.  You’ve lost weight, and maybe even kept it off for a little while, but then gained it back and then some.  Feeling discouraged, like you’ll never be happy with your body, you spend your evenings eating your emotions away.  You feel better for a little while, but then the guilt comes.  So you resolve to start tomorrow, thinking that if you just have enough will-power, this new diet will work, and you’ll lose the fat.  The next day, you start out great, but your morning gets busy and you just don’t have time to find something healthy.  You get home from work and are so exhausted and disappointed in yourself for not sticking with your diet.  So you spend the evening eating the guilt away…

Does this cycle seem familiar at all?  It is all too familiar to me.  I struggled with emotional eating for years, until I discovered how to overcome it, lose weight, and feel great about my body, all without dieting, vigorous workouts or denying myself the foods I love.  And you can too.

As a Certified Life Coach, I am there to teach you from my experiences, help you set your own personal weight-loss goals and be there for support and accountability.  There will be no diet restrictions, no strict or strenuous workouts, no calorie-counting, no tracking food–none of the things you find on typical weight-loss programs.  This program is like no other weight loss program out there.  In fact, I believe this is the ONLY weight-loss program you will actually enjoy!
